The story of a survivor
The story of a survivor
Voiced by Ketki is a multidisciplinary sanctuary for reclaiming truth, naming generational trauma, and expressing what silence tried to bury through poetry, art, film, and movement.

Ketki is a new writer born from a voice carved out of silence. For years, safety was not a given in her life; it was something she had to reclaim piece by piece. Through poetry, she found a way to turn pain into language, and language into strength.
Her book The Story of a Survivor is more than a memoir, it’s the first step in a larger movement to create spaces where people who have been silenced by coercive behaviour can find safety, dignity, and the freedom to exist as themselves.
For Ketki, safety is not a luxury, it is the foundation of every human life. Her vision extends beyond her own survival: she hopes to build an environment where those still trapped in cycles of abuse and neglect can feel seen, heard, and safe.
Every poem she writes, every word she shares, carries this belief: that survival is not the end, but the beginning of a future where safety becomes a collective reality.
Beyond her creative work, Ketki brings professional experience from her role at EY in Innovation and Business Strategy, where she contributed to transformation projects shaping industries and human experiences. She holds a Master’s in Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (2007–2009), grounding her voice in both intellectual depth and lived understanding.
Through Voiced By Ketki, her evolving platform, Ketki aims to create a safe space for survivors to reclaim their voices and tell their stories.

"Ketki's work is an ocean of emotions that took me to it's most unexplored depths and made me wonder if I ever want to come out. There's spirit and heartbreak in the words that echo of survival and the illustrations supplement the words beautifully."
